Weekly Wellness: Yoga and Sound Healing

Join us on the 4th Sunday of February, March and April from 5:30pm - 6:30pm at Center of Life as Symphany with Spiritus Vitae leads us in a free yoga and sound healing session. This event is free and open to all.

An additional session will be held on April 27th.
