Welcome to Weekly Wellness - Yoga!
Hazelwood Local has teamed up with One Valley to bring weekly wellness programming to Hazelwood Green. The winter series will bring weekly yoga with our instructor Jennifer Vogel to the Roundhouse.
Lunch Flow
1st and 3rd Wednesdays |12:00pm-12:45pm
Evening Asana
2nd and 4th Wednesdays | 5:00pm-5:45pm
Classes are FREE and open to all.
Bring a water bottle, a towel and yoga mat.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is perfect for all levels! Take some time for yourself to relax, stretch, and find your inner peace. The Roundhouse is wheelchair/handicapped accessible and sessions are open to those of all abilities.
Sessions will be led by Jennifer Vogel. Jennifer received her RYT-200 certification in 2024 from her home studio, YogaSix, where she regularly teaches. Jennifer believes that yoga can be an accessible way to connect a physical workout practice with a mindfulness practice.
She loves to offer a variety of options throughout her classes in order to accommodate all skill levels. If there is one thing Jennifer wishes more people knew about yoga, it would be that you do not have to be flexible to participate in a regular practice! Jennifer believes that the more people that are regularly showing up on their mat, the better and stronger a community can be.
