Join us every Friday in February for a Weekly Wellness Walk as we come together to support heart health and raise awareness for American Heart Month.
Walking is a simple way to care for your heart, connect with neighbors, and show support in the fight against heart disease. Boost your mood, move your body, and connect with your community with a 1 mile guided walk!
All ages and fitness levels are welcome!
