Every Monday at 2:55 pm we meet in the lobby by the front desk and start our walk at 3:00. Fast or slow, all are welcome no matter your pace. Reap the benefits of improving your health and connecting with others while getting fresh air. We strive for a 15 - 30 minute walk, but come for as long as you'd like. Bring your comfy shoes and let's stretch our legs!
