WHAT?An informal, weekly social game of touch rugby.
We normally get around 15 to 25 people each week.
Manchester Social Touch Rugby has been going for over 20 years and is run by a small group of volunteers who enjoy the game and all that goes with it.
Whether you’re a touch rugby enthusiast, it matters not, as our weekly run-out caters to people of all abilities, ages, genders and backgrounds.
Our weekly game is FREE, easy to play and if you haven’t played touch rugby before then don’t worry as there are several in our group that are happy to show you how.
Touch rugby, or “touch”, as we simply call it, is a great a way to get fit, stay fit, meet new people, develop your team working skills, help improve your hand eye coordination and improve your mental health, so why not give it a go.
