Location: Chili's parking lot on Bruce B Downs in Tampa Palms
Schedule:
6:45 AM: Gather at Chili's parking lot for a 15-minute warmup session.
7:00 AM: Walk together to Flatwoods Trail Park.
Run Options: Choose between a 4-mile or 6-mile run based on your desire and aspiration.
This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, meet new friends, and enjoy the beautiful trails at Flatwoods Park. Whether you're aiming for a short, brisk run or a longer, more challenging distance, you'll find support and motivation with our group.
