The start time is TBD because we're waiting on dance loft's availability. We will start some time between 1-6 and will go for at least 3 hours. Check back closer to the event.Come do acro yoga with us! All levels welcome, no partner needed!
Please remember to use spotters for safety and practice proper hygiene (including cutting your nails) as a courtesy to your acro partners.
Practice enthusiastic consent: ask before working with others, and it is ok to decline to base / fly / spot. Meaningful consent includes understanding what is asked - is this a new move for anyone involved?
Price is $10. (Venmo and PayPal, or if need be cash)
Most people do not RSVP to the event, but we always have at least 15 people.
The jam happens every week, with the start time changing depending on dance loft's availability.
