The sauna at Sea Lanes is right on the beach, designed as a Finnish-style sauna experience with cold plunge and sea access, making it perfect for contrast therapy and social wellness
What is Brighton Outdoors?
Brighton Outdoors is a friendly members club for people who enjoy fresh air, nature, and doing things together.
We run weekly meet-ups like this, plus walks, hikes, sea swims, volleyball and more — simple, social ways to meet people and get outside.

Most of the organising happens in our WhatsApp groups — that’s where you’ll see who’s coming and coordinate timings.
