Distance: 20-30 miles
Paces: (15-18), (18-20) NEW (22-24) mph (when available)
Sprints:
1) Englewood county line around Stump Pass (stopping for 10 min at Inglewood Beach)
2) To the Bridge on the way back (stopping to regroup at the apartments)
3)Shamrock at Scenic Dr. to Gentian Rd. (returning to the shop)
