This weekly Qi Gong class is a place to move slowly, breathe deeply, and let your body unwind. The movements are gentle, flowing, and easy to follow. Nothing forced. Nothing complicated. Just simple, mindful motion that helps your system settle and reset.
Qi Gong works with breath, posture, and awareness to support balance, circulation, and overall well-being. Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded than when they arrived.
You do not need experience, flexibility, or a “good body” to do this. Movements can be done standing or seated, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
