The Thriving Man Movement - Weekly Men's Development
A weekly brotherhood for men to gather & grow, together as men.
This is a grounded space focused on supporting & empowering men to THRIVE — in health, life & self.
An opportunity for men each week to reset, reconnect & realign: so you can step back into your daily life, grounded with a greater capacity for presence & purpose.
In this weekly gathering, we blend connection, empowerment & embodiment through a variety of tools & processes to invite men to meet their edge & step into more of their power with clarity & purpose.
These sessions will include body based practices to destress and cultivate presence, connection processes both individually/as a group, team building exercises, open discussions, radical ownership and accountability, to expand men physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually.
This is heart-led men’s work. A space open to all men, who are willing to be challenged & supported to expand into more of their greatness—so they can live freely, love fully & serve deeply.
📍 Every Tuesday, 6:30pm-8:30pm @ SOIUL wellness in Chilliwack, BC.
The address is 49388 Elk View Road - first driveway on your right when you pass Ryder Lake Park/Hall.

He founded The Thriving Man Movement as a collective movement for men to THRIVE in health, life, and self—supporting and empowering them to heal, embody healthy masculinity, step into their authentic greatness, and wholeheartedly serve the world through their unique gifts for the good of humanity and all relations.
