Yoga of 12 Step Recovery starts Friday, September 12, 1:00-3:00 at the Sedona United Methodist Church, 110 Indian Cliffs Rd, Sedona. This addiction support group welcomes everyone struggling with their own addictive behavior or the addictive behavior of a loved one. All addictions (drugs, alcohol, food, sex, technology, etc.) are welcome. The meeting is followed by a one hour, beginning level yoga practice. We meet in the yoga room in the back of the building.
