Every Thursday join Julie Habelmann of Noble Tones Sound Meditation at the very special Twelve Senses Retreat in Encinitas for a meditative and quietly energetic experience that's been described as "somewhere between, a hug, a dream, a massage and therapy."

Utilizing crystal alchemy bowls, various other instruments, and generating energy within our own bodies, these integrative sound healing sessions restore balance to our overextended nervous systems, and promote overall well being. Some of the benefits of sound meditation include lower blood pressure, calming an overactive mind, relax muscular discomfort, promote better sleep.
