Each meetup is guided by Cadence of Find Your Cadence Coaching and centers around a topic that moms actually struggle with. Overwhelm, emotional regulation, boundaries, relationships, guilt, confidence, identity, or simply navigating motherhood without losing yourself.
You can expect thoughtful conversation, gentle guidance, and space to talk through what you are carrying, without fixing, minimizing, or pretending.
The goal is not to leave with more to do.
The goal is to leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more grounded.
These meetups are for moms who want to feel present, confident, and powerful in their lives and parenting. You do not need to be in crisis to come. You just need to want support.
