Despite the fancy name, it's simply open, spontaneous conversation about ideas/theory applied to real life--the arts, science, religion, politics, current events, pop culture, relationships, etc. (sort of like class, but without any readings). Many UAB students and faculty are already members. So feel free to swing by anytime, or send a loved one you think might find it meaningful. Come late, leave early, it's super informal and chill.
