Join us for a some gentle movement and time to connect with other mommas.We meet at Beacon Community Fitness in Portland. The bathrooms and lobby are open for use before, during and after (diaper changing & feeding etc).
We will head out on the East Bayside trail stopping for coffee for those who want one then and looping towards the water!
We will choose a pace and distance that feels good for the group.
ALL are welcome, with or without a little on in tow.
Each week we invite a perinatal professional to join us on our walk and then provide a 15-minute presentation and Q&A following the walk inside at Beacon.
Schedule:
9:30 - Leave Beacon and Walk to Tandem Cofee
9:45 (ish) - Leave Tandem and head back by the gym to pick up any late arrivals and then head toward the water on the East Bayside Trail.
10:25 - Return to Beacon and head into the lobby
