WEEKLY COMMUNITY YOGA CLASSES $15 Kia Ora New Plymouth! ?
I am so excited to be back here in my home town of New Plymouth and just delighted to now be offering my yoga classes to the community!
I teach six different styles of yoga (as well as offering other healing modalities), and I'm back living in my local area of Spotswood/Moturoa.
I've been teaching in London and in international yoga and wellness retreats around the world, and I can't wait to share all the magic of yoga with you! ?
You do NOT have to be flexible!
You do NOT have to be able to touch your toes!
I teach Every Body from complete beginners to yoga teachers.
Every Body Welcome!
All you need is your yoga mat and your self.
Have fun in a safe environment, cultivating balance, strength and mobility, while creating space as you stretch, breathe and relax ?

?Sundays 4:30pm (Slow Down Sundays) Yin
For Slow Down Sundays please bring extra warm, comfy layers and socks, as well as any cushions or blankets to help you cosy in ?
