But what is Cuban Roots? And what can I expect from these classes?
For the partnerwork, think On2 meets Cuban - we will still be teaching On2 of course! but the partnerwork will be taking a non-linear direction ? the ladies will see a lot more smooth Sensual styling, while the boys take on some tricky arm tosses and hammerlocks ?
Our shines classes will be going back to some really nice basic fundamentals in terms of body moment and steps themselves - never tried Afro or Son before? This is the perfect opportunity to try it for yourself! If Afro and Son are no stranger to you, then this is also a great opportunity to work on levelling up your body movement! ?⭐️
