Join this motivated group of ladies every Wednesday. Yoga-based movements from a chair, standing for those able who wish to. We work on strength, flexibility and co-ordination in a friendly environment. We like to have a dance and we share tea and cakes for birthday celebrations. Taught by Lesley, former Registered nurse and Remedial yoga teacher. Balfour Community Centre has a free car park, is accessible and is just off Holderness Road.
