In our weekly session you'll have the chance to do just that, learning to become aware of the inhale and exhale, the pause in between and the feeling of letting go of limiting beliefs, stories and all that has held you back.
No experience needed - this class is open to everyone. Whether you're new to breathwork or have been practicing for years, you’ll take away something valuable.
Class Details
📍Venue - Prana Wellness Hub (14 Smith Street, Mooloolaba)
⏰ Time - Every Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm
🅿️ Parking - Free 4 Hours at Park n Go Mooloolaba (right next door) and limited spaces at the studio parking lot marked 'Prana Wellness Hub'
