Weekend Wind Down (Monthly) Join us for our extra special monthly Wind Down experience which offers you 75 minutes of rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
A candle lit practice held at the end of each month offering you that all important time to nourish mind, body, and soul.
Your experienced guide will lead you through slow flowing, yin-spired and restorative Yoga asana.
This extended practice will also incorporate the element of allowing you to release from your day, week, and previous month, arriving in the present moment, and perhaps setting your intentions for the month ahead.
Intertwined with dharma talks, poetry, mindfulness, meditation, and ending in a deep relaxation - this class is the perfect antidote to our busy and often over-stimulated lives.
This practice will also be a sensory experience with optional use of essential oils to give yourself some gentle massage and receive some from your guide.
Props are encouraged in this style of practice, so if you have blocks, a strap, bolsters, and cushions please bring them along.
The studio has a selection of props that you are welcome to use.
A practice suitable, and highly encouraged for every Yogi!
