MORNING SCHEDULE TIME: 7 AM - 7:30 AM GROUNDING (SHANTI KRIYA) TIME: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM YOGA, PRANAYAMA & GUIDED MEDITATION TIME: 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM TEA CEREMONY TIME: 9:30 - 10:30 AM SOUND BATH TIME: 10:30 - 11:30 AM BREAKFAST BREAK. TIME: 11:30AM - 12:30PM YOGA ALIGNMENT AND PRANAYAMA THEORY TIME: 12:45pm - 1:30pm MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP TIME: 1:30PM - 2:30PM NO-DIMENSION MEDITATION AFTERNOON SCHEDULE TIME: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM NADABRAHMA MEDITATION TIME: 4:30PM - 5:00 PM TEA BREAK TIME: 5:00 TO 5:30PM GONG BATH TIME: 5:30 -6:30 PM ECSTATIC DYNAMIC FLOW You can join just the morning schedule or come in for the whole day depending on your requirement. Training: 200-hour Shvaas Yoga, 300-hour Vinyasa Yoga Ashram, 30-hour Yin Yoga Specialization: Alignment, breath-movement synchronization, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness Approach: A blend of dynamic flows and traditional asanas to enhance balance, endurance, and self-awareness 2. Vipassana Meditation Experience: 15 years as a Vipassana practitioner Focus Areas: Mindfulness, equanimity, and deep self-awareness Integration: Incorporating silent meditation techniques into yoga practice for inner stillness and clarity 3. Breathwork & Pranayama Techniques: Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing), Kapalabhati, Ujjayi, and Bhramari, Power breathing, Bandhas, Mudras and kriyas. 4. Therapeutic Yoga & Wellness Applications: Yoga for stress management, postural correction, and injury recovery Holistic Approach: Combining movement, breath, and mindfulness for overall well-being Abhay Uniyal: 1. Sound Healer: Teacher Trainer In Sound Healing. Approach: Blending Technique and Intuition to make the most of healing bowls. 2. Meditation Practitioner: 7 years as a meditation practitioner delving into dynamic, gibberish, nadabrahma, zazen, kundalini meditations.
