Weekend Recharge Flow - A 75 Minute Yoga Practice

Saturdays are for slowing down and filling back up. Weekend Recharge Flow is a slower-paced, steady vinyasa class designed to help you reset from the week and step into your weekend feeling lighter.

Each practice blends movement, breath, and mindful strength — with space to tune into your thoughts, feelings, and how they shape your experience on and off the mat. Some days you may want more fire, other days more grounding — you’ll always have both options here.

At Love Elevate, we believe yoga is about more than poses. It’s about people, presence, and connection. These Saturday mornings are an opportunity to move with intention, recharge your energy, and share space with a community that values growth and belonging.
