Weekend Gardening Series: Mushrooms in Our Garden Beds

Join us in person for a fun and laid-back session all about the fascinating world of mushrooms popping up in our garden beds. Whether you’re curious about their role or how to manage them, this event is perfect for all garden lovers.

Come learn, share stories, and get your hands a little dirty with fellow plant enthusiasts! This workshop allows attendes to see your garden grow with the mycelium from the our mushroom starter.

Our Newest Addition to,Our Weekend Gardening Series, give you two big opportuniy to get mushrooms into your garden and ready for spring.

We start with covering the life cycle of mushrooms in the wild and in traditional farming practice.

• Attendes can choice between planting their own Miniuture Sunken Garden in a planter box. (recommend for Wine caps)

OR

• Plant your our traditional straw logs for a first harvest, then move the left over to your garden at home. (recommended for Oyster mushrooms)

This is a great way to get a lot more mushrooms from our programs, as we supply the starter with our other materials to grow.
