March is here! Did anyone else follow this rainbow to the Louisville Slugger Field? This weekend kickoffs the Triple Crown of Running! Starting with the newly branded Whiskey Row 5k!
All of the Triple Crown races are substitutes for group runs in our KDF Training plan. BUT! To keep on track with your training there is still pavement to pound after crossing that finish line!
Mini: 5k and 5 miles
Ful: 5k and 12 miles
