You are invited to meet and view the work of artist Georgia Peskett.
Georgia’s work explores the everyday, taking inspiration from urban landscapes, commuters and streetscapes. Unusually she works with oil on silk over other surfaces such as canvas and board. Drawn to the often-overlooked details of daily life, photography is essential to Georgia’s work.
Her most recent series of paintings explore the theme of the Sojourn and are made with references to the many significances of a journey, moments that are transient, small details and changes in light.
Sunday 11am - Georgia will present a free talk on her work to visitors.
All of the work on display is unique and will be available to purchase and take home that very day - packaging courtesy of Art at Home. Prices will range from £300 - £975.
