Yoga returns to the pier in MAY!Let's enjoy a beginner-friendly yoga practice in downtown Norfolk along the beautiful Elizabeth River at sunset!
Be sure to bring water, and consider wearing layers, sunscreen, sunglasses, and any props you might like for your practice (the bricks can be hard on your knees - consider bringing a blanket or towel!).
If you are standing at the Pagoda facing the water, you'll find us at the end of the pier on the right.
Please attend classes only if you have no signs of illness.
The cost of class is a donation of your choice - we ask that you pay what you can, or what you feel the class is worth.
25% or donations collected will be given to a local cause.
