Wednesday Wellness Walk
Join us for a gentle Wellness Walk through the beautiful Treborth Botanic Garden. As the days shorten, the nights draw in, the natural world is wintering... slowing down... come and embrace the season, connect with nature and enjoy a gentle walk. Even in the gloom as the light fades there is joy to be had in the great outdoors.

Location: Treborth Botanic Garden, Bangor, LL57 2RX
During this gentle walk, we'll explore the Garden, woodland trails and enjoy coastal views of the Menai Strait. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.
Whatever your walking experience or nature knowledge, this event is open to all.
Don't forget to wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and suitable footwear. The light will fade during the walk and we'll do our best to avoid using torchlight, but maybe bring one just in case.

This event is part of a project funded by the The Woodland Investment Grant (TWIG) scheme. It is being delivered by The National Lottery Heritage Fund in partnership with the Welsh Government.
