Wednesday Waves - 5Rhythms® with Adam & SusanneJoin us for Wednesday Waves, a weekly 5Rhythms® class of movement and exploration. In each class we move through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness to connect more deeply with our bodies and ourselves.
The 5Rhythms® are a simple, dynamic movement meditation that releases the dancing soul that lives within each of us. No previous experience of dance or 5Rhythms is necessary, and everyone can participate regardless of physicality. There are no special steps to learn, and you can follow your own pace and movement. The 5Rhythms – flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness – are different movement qualities that together build a wave of energy and presence.

PRACTICAL INFO
* Bring soft, comfortable clothes and a water bottle.
* We dance barefoot or in soft “inside” footwear.
* Classes will be taught in English
* Each class will be taught by Adam or Susanne (or both)

ABOUT US
Adam Eisen has been dancing and living the 5Rhythms for over 10 years, having completed the global Teacher Training in 2021. Susanne Nilsson has over 20 years of experience dancing the Rhythms and been teaching since 2018.
