Led by Christobel Hughes, a passionate yoga teacher who brings mindfulness, breath awareness and flow to all her classes, these classes are designed for all levels.
Yoga takes place in our James Fairfax Education Space, overlooking the Retford Park grounds. Classes are capped at 10 people per session, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
