Wine-down your inner Warrior at DeLoach!
Experience movement as a ritual with a restorative flow, an inspirational playlist and a savasana you’ve been working for all week. Wrap up your evening with a big green salad based on whatever is ready to be harvested from the DeLoach Estate Garden and fancy bread, accompanied by a glorious glass of wine from DeLoach.
Bring your own water bottle and mat.
We will have a few extra mats if you forget 🙃
Setup 6:15-6:30
Yoga 6:30-7:30
Wine, Salad and Social 7:30-8:00
Starting at 6:30 we will begin with a breif Warrior Ritual followed by a meditation to honor all the ways you are a warrior in life.
Then we will stay connected to breath in a flow designed to kindly release tension and promote relaxation.
A juicy savasana will be followed by a green salad harvested from the DeLoach Estate Garden, fancy bread, and a delicious glass of DeLoach wine.

Parking
🚗 Parking is located behind the winery and through a marked gate. 🚗
Yoga will be located in the Deloach Estate House or on the private back patio out back depending on weather and the location of the ☀️sun☀️

About Gina Cooper
Gina believes that every body can benefit from yoga. Gina is committed to creating positive environments where personal empowerment can be found through the joy of intentional movement. Connectedness, authenticity, lightheartedness, and relentless encouragement are the DNA of her practice. Gina’s influences are power vinyasa, Forrest, and restorative with an emphasis on creative flow and balance.
