Everyone loves a bit of fancy dress, and this Wednesday we're requesting that you 'Dress As Your Degree'!

RUSU is transformed into the biggest nightclub venue in Reading, with 4 rooms and different music genres in each. Come down and party with us until the early hours.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable.

We do not accept resale or transferred tickets - unless they have been resold via Twickets at face value. Twickets resale for this event will only be enabled if/when the event sells out and resales must be completed an hour before the event starts. Check out our twickets resale page here to list your ticket for resale or search for a ticket once the eventbrite tickets are sold out.

Those found to be transferring or reselling tickets in any other way will be refused entry for the venue and if profiting from touting banned from the venue.

Guests are only allowed on a 1:1 ratio and MUST be signed in by a student. Guests from other universities may gain entry with a guest ticket and their university student card.

Last entry is 23:30, arrival after this time will result in refusal of admission to the event.

Doors open at 22:00.

There is no re-entry to the venue.

Over 18's only with valid photo card government issued age proof ID and Student Campus Card.

Tickets purchased online must be redeemed at the door.

The account holder must be present and all tickets must be redeemed together.

All tickets must be scanned at point of collection - either via phone or physical print out.

Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to the event.

Drugs Detection Dogs will be in operation on the entrance to the event. Those indicated by Drugs Dogs will be refused entry.

Breathalysers will be in operation on the entrance to the event. Those showing signs of alcohol intoxication or of excessive "pre-loading" will also be refused entry.

RUSU adheres to all government guidelines for nightclubs for our events.

If you have symptoms of Covid-19, stay home and do not attend the venue or events.

Ensuring that you are taking regular lateral flow tests, and getting negative results.

While it is not required by law, it is requested that you are signing into the venue via track & trace when entering.

Located throughout the students' union are touch free hand sanitiser dispensers. We request that you use these when entering and throughout your time here.

We are now cashless. Contact-free payment is the only way to pay at the venue.

Touch points around the venue are regularly cleaned.

Although wearing face coverings is not required by law, we encourage you to wear one when moving around in our commercial areas.

If our events are unable to go ahead, due to restrictions or changes in government guidance, full refunds will be available to all tickets holders

In situations where the event can go ahead but you cannot attend due to having to isolate, please get in touch with us via this form and we will aim to respond within 14 days with a resolution.
