TO FIND US: 6/26 CLASS MOVED INDOORS DUE TO HEAT - Find us inside the Norfolk Karate Academy at 814 W 45th St - free street parking on N Colley and 45th St; bicycle racks available!
WHAT TO BRING: Please be sure to bring water and a yoga mat/towel to practice on. You may consider wearing layers, sunscreen, sunglasses, and any props you might like for your practice. The bricks can be hard on your knees - consider bringing a blanket or towel!
COST: The cost of class is a donation of your choice - we ask that you pay what you can, or what you feel the class is worth.
25% or donations collected will be given to a local cause (usually Tidewater Friends of Foster Care's gift-giving program!).
