This session is an invitation to pause, reset, and listen — deeply.
For one hour, you’ll rest comfortably while therapeutic sound frequencies guide your mind and nervous system into a state of deep relaxation. There’s nothing to do and nowhere to go. Just space to release the noise of the week and reconnect with yourself.
As you arrive, step out of the daily rush and settle into a cozy spot in the studio. Soft blankets and pillows are provided so your body can fully relax. The space is gently prepared with natural, warming aromas to support calm breathing and presence.
The sound journey for this session is inspired by the stars. We work with real cosmic sound data — subtle frequencies translated from astronomical recordings — blended live with acoustic instruments such as Tibetan bowls, drums, Koshi chimes, harp, and more. The result is a grounded, immersive soundscape that invites stillness, perspective, and inner clarity.
The evening closes with a sharing circle and guided tarot reading. While we provide decks for everyone, you are encouraged to bring your own if you prefer to work with your personal cards. This session is the central highlight, offering a space for symbolic reflection rather than prediction—helping you integrate your experience and receive guidance for the path ahead.
