Partner Jazz covers a range of early 20th-century social dances born in the ballrooms and streets of Black American communities - playful, energetic, and full of personality.
Swing grew from this tradition in the 1930s and 40s, blending rhythmic freedom with a joyful connection between partners.
Both celebrate musicality, improvisation, and the sheer fun of moving together.
