Each session beautifully weaves together a range of therapeutic practices:
💫Gentle Movement: A more gentle way to strengthen your body, supporting healthy joints, posture, alignment, and enhancing your mobility.
🪷Restorative & Yin Yoga: We use props to comfortably support our body - allowing for deep release and relaxation. Accessible for every body.
✨Fascial Release & Spinal Decompression with Therapy Balls: Target areas of tension with therapy balls to provide relief from postural imbalances and prolonged sitting —something most of us can relate to as humans!
💟Diaphragmatic Breathing: Learn easeful, deep breathing techniques specifically for nervous system care, promoting calm and balance.
🌙Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in a soothing soundscape to quiet the mind and encourage deep relaxation. This practice can support nervous system regulation and mental equilibrium, and can potentially help in the processing and release of emotions.
Our Invitation to you ~ listen to your body, and let your breath guide you throughout the practice. We always offer modifications, ensuring the class feels accessible and beneficial for everyone.👐
A single class is $25, or $18-$20 with a studio credit pass.
