We will meet at the St. Joes high school track at 6:15pm every Wednesday. We meet at the 100 meter start line. Bring water and a towel in case we do some planks or abs 😉. Anyone is welcomed to come out, and everything is done at your own level. So fast or slow, new or seasoned, you will fit right in.
