About this Event
Relax into 60 minutes of harmonious tones from crystal bowls. Hertz frequencies activate your parasympathetic nervous system promoting deep relaxation and rest.
A multi-sensory experience in an intimate setting (max capacity: 10 people).
Hosted at our lovely space in downtown Portsmouth.
Provided: Yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, water bottle, meditation cushions.
Optional: Bring your own yoga mat and/or blanket!
*Contraindications - Please note that sound therapy is not recommended for the following conditions: If you have a pacemaker or other electrical device implant; If you are actively undergoing treatment for cancer; If you are currently pregnant; If you have sustained a recent concussion (within the last 3 months); If you have epilepsy.
