The Midweek Reset begins with simple, gentle movement and mindful breathwork and then centers on the practice of restorative yoga. This therapeutic practice is specifically designed to guide your nervous system into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” state.Supported poses held for extended periods and practices such as yoga nidra help the body release tension and stress.
About your teacher: Jen’s yoga and meditation offerings are rooted in the Kripalu tradition of compassion and are also deeply informed by research into the therapeutic benefits of these modalities for physical and mental wellbeing.
