🧘♀️ Mellow Yoga Flow | Wednesdays @ 6 PMUnwind midweek with a mellow, beginner-friendly yoga flow led by Emily P. Dailey (RYT-500). This class focuses on linking mindful breath with slower, intentional movement to improve strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Expect a gentle pace—no heavy sweating, just mindful motion and calm energy. Each session includes variations of poses, breathwork, and meditation. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Bring your mat and any favorite props.
