What is the Mind?
We often say “My mind, my mind” but do we understand the nature and function of the mind correctly? Through understanding the nature and function of the mind we can understand the existence of past and future life and the value of a deep belief in karma.
Join us for meditation classes this October with meditations on the mind itself. Develop a strong determination to gain control over the mind. Gain experience of the deep inner peace we gain through control over the mind.
Take the opportunity to join us for our weekly meditation classes to deepen our meditation experience.
Through training in meditation and through contemplating meaningful teachings taught by Buddha we can make a deep and meaningful transformation of our life.
Each class consists of guided meditations and teachings that we can contemplate and practice throughout the week. Through engaging in meditation practice we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. If we have a peaceful mind all the time we will be happy all the time, regardless of whether our conditions are good or bad. Now is the time to train in inner peace and happiness by putting Buddha’s teachings into practice.
Each class is a stand-alone class that is part of a series of classes. You do not need to attend the full series to benefit from these classes.

Everyone welcome.
$15 a class. $48 for 4 classes (series pass). Tickets and passes can also be purchased at the door at class time. No need to pre-register.
