The Power of Positive Thinking
What is the art of positive thinking? We easily get caught up in our negative habits of mind, and negativity is reflected in the world around us. The good news is we all have the ability to train in positive thinking – or training the mind. Buddha was a master at training the mind, and through following the practical advice he gave, we can also train and harness the power of positive thinking, Eventually, through familiarity with positive ways of thinking, we will develop a mind that is positive not just some of the time, but all of the time.
Take the opportunity to join us for our weekly meditation classes to deepen our meditation experience.
Each class consists of guided meditations and teachings that we can contemplate and practice throughout the week. Through engaging in meditation practice we can develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. If we have a peaceful mind all the time we will be happy all the time, regardless of whether our conditions are good or bad. Now is the time to train in inner peace and happiness by putting Buddha’s teachings into practice.
Each class is a stand-alone class that is part of a series of classes. You do not need to attend the full series to benefit from these classes.

$15 a class. $48 for 4 classes (series pass). Tickets and passes can also be purchased at the door at class time. No need to pre-register.
