A yoga session for both you and your new little bub to enjoy together. We'll use songs, gentle movement, mantras and breathwork to engage with babies and help them develop body awareness, language and positive connection at the same time as getting to move yourself and then finish the session with a joint relaxation. Little ones very much like to be held most of time at this stage and of course its totally fine to feed/change/cuddle your bub throughout the class. Suitable from 6/8 week checkup to crawling (ish).
