This Lent, join our pastors and Adult Ministries Director for a thoughtful and meaningful study exploring one of the most profound questions of the Christian faith: Why did Jesus have to die?
Using insights from the book "Why Did Jesus Have to Die?" by Adam Hamilton, we’ll explore different ways Christians have understood the meaning of the cross throughout history. Together, we’ll look at various perspectives on atonement and deepen our understanding of God’s love, grace, justice, and mercy.
You do not need the book to participate—come ready to listen, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversation.
Whether you’ve wrestled with this question for years or are just beginning to explore it, this class offers space for honest questions and faithful discussion during the Lenten season.
