Join Greg and Tracy for 6 Wednesdays throughout the Winter months for an opportunity to expand the space around your Yoga practice.We can’t always make time to leave the city for recovery, so this could be a special opportunity to take time out for yourself and replenish.
The inspiration comes from wanting to share just how peaceful the studio feels in the middle of the day, as well as building community around our Yoga practice.
Our focus for these sessions will be on accessible Asana, Pranayama, chanting and quiet reflecting practices as a retreat-style experience.
We will include ample time for deep relaxation and sharing our Yoga and life experiences in a trusted and supporting environment.
The retreats will also include a healthy Vegetarian lunch spread, prepared by Greg and Tracy ? ? ?

Cost for all 6 retreats is $350, but you can drop into a single one for $70.
