If you're comfortable with running a 5km and want to up your distance to 5 miles, this is a great option to join our fortnightly friendly and supportive group! A steady-ish run with some loopbacks/re-grouping around 10:30 min/mile. Aiming to be back within an hour. Meet for 7pm start.
