NEW, INSPIRED Wednesday Family Nights : Sept 10 - Nov 19There is excitement building. God is directing and encouraging new outreach that is evident in the new format planned for Wednesday Family night. For over 30 years our church has gathered around a common table on Wednesday evening for a hot meal, and then dispersed for small groups that included children, youth and adults. Starting September 10, we are kicking off exciting new small groups and mission efforts.
A light meal will start at 5:30 p.m. with programming starting at 6:15 p.m.
NextGen Programming (Kids, Children and Youth)
6:15pm - 7:15pm
**Kids (birth - prek4) will head to the nursery on the upper level
The first 30 minutes
**Children (K5 - 5th grade) and Youth (6th - 12th grade) will be in the gym for some games and activities together
The last 30 minutes
**Children (K5 - 5th grade) will be in the Cove (lower level) for a bible lesson and activity with Pastor Ben and his assistant.
**Youth (6th - 12th grade) will be in the Youth Room (upper level) with Jamie Tast-Pasley & Matt Harader for a bible lesson and activity.
Adult Programming for Small Groups
6:15pm - 7:15p
**Ed O’Rear will lead a 9 week Small Group titled “Wrestling with God” in the Fellowship Hall on the lower level
**Beth Hanes will lead L.I.F.T. (Ladies in Faith Together) Small Group in the Bug Room on the lower level
**Brian Hardee will lead a Men’s Small Group in the Old Gym on the lower level
Every 3 weeks, we will pause the above programing and have G2G, Generation to Generation. ALL AGES will stay in the Fellowship Hall for a mission project or activity.

October 1, will be the 1st G2G night. Our first intergenerational project will be to group together as a church family around a table to decorate pumpkins. Of course, prize ribbons will be awarded. If this has you interested, just wait until we unveil the plan for October 29th . Everyone will have a great time with the mission project that we have planned.
Yes, there’s more…we are inviting Day Care parents to stick around after picking up their children at the number one Day Care in Topeka, eat with us, and enjoy the fellowship around the tables.
