About this Event
A Classical Yoga class which is suitable for everyone from beginners to more experienced yogis. Each one and a half hour class will cover Meditation, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and Yoga Nidra. It is a relatively gentle class but works powerfully on the energetic body and mind - harmonising and rebalancing. Alison is an experienced teacher with over 1000 hours teacher training with 20 years experience of teaching in the community.

Investment: Please note that this is a one and a half hour class which is reflected in the price per class of £8 block booking or £10 per class when drop in is available.
