£7.50 per person per class. Payable by cash or card before the session.
Pre booking essential to guarantee a place as limited spaces.
All participants are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire (PAR-Q).

THE CLASS IS LISTED AS FREE SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY A BOOKING FEE. IT COSTS £7.50 PAYABLE ON THE EVENING BEFORE THE CLASS BY CASH OR CARD. PLEASE BRING THE CORRECT CHANGE IF PAYING BY CASH.
