We welcome you to join us for a 1-hour duration in an exciting outdoor fitness session held every Monday + Wednesday nights at 6:30PM-7:30PM and every Saturday morning 8:30AM-9:30AM that will get your body active and energised.
Our sessions incorporate a variety of Cardio Resistance and Functional exercises. These sessions target building up your ( Endurance, Strength, Hypertrophy and Mobility). Our aim is to make your workouts enjoyable and challenging, guaranteeing that you'll be eager to return for more. By participating in our outdoor fitness sessions, you will not only enhance your physical appearance but also experience a remarkable improvement in your overall wellbeing.
